INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds any big fish slices
- Juice of 2 oranges
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup plain breadcrumbs
- Butter, to butter the baking dish
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Wash fish slices and pat dry. Place in a place in a pan. Drizzle with the orange juice. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Combine flour, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Dip each fish slice to coat well.
- In a buttered baking dish place fish slices and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Romama’s Note: The Fish A La Orange can be served with butter sautéed leeks and garnished with orange slices.
